William Knighten

January 16, 1937 — January 15, 2017

William "Billy" Knighten, of Harpersville, passed away on Sunday, January 15, 2017, at age 79. He was a loving and devoted husband, father and Paw Paw. He was preceded in death by his son, Michael Knighten; and grandson, Jared Doonan.

He is survived by his wife of 59 years, Bobbie Knighten; his 3 daughters, Vicky Doonan (Pat), Tracey Ousley (Scott) and Terri and Connor; 7 loving grandsons; 4 great grandchildren; and 2 sisters.

The family will receive friends on Friday, January 20, 2017, from 2-3 PM at Currie-Jefferson Funeral Home. The Graveside Service will follow at 3 PM at Jefferson Memorial Gardens, South.
