William Cawley

of Hoover, passed away Monday, March 7, 2005 at the age of 77. He served in the US Navy and was a graduate of Georgia Tech. Mr Cawley attended Shades Mountain Independent Church. He was preceded in death by his wife, Jean Cawley. "Father, grandfather, brother and friend - We'll miss you." Mr. Cawley is survived by two sons, David Cawley (Kathy) and Philip Cawley, both of Hoover; two grandchildren, Amanda and Sarah Cawley; and one sister, Lona LaCour (Al) of Charleston, SC. The family will receive friends on Thursday, March 10, 2005 from 6-8 p.m.at Currie-Jefferson Funeral Home, Hwy 150, Hoover. A memorial graveside service will be held on Saturday, March 12, 2005 at 11:00 a.m.at Jefferson Memorial Gardens, South. Pastor Ragan Bolin officiating. Currie-Jefferson Funeral Home directing.
