William Anderson

of Helena, passed away on Wednesday, November 14, 2005, at the age of 73. He retired after working for 35 years with Sullivan Long & Hagerty Construction Co. Mr. Anderson was a member of Enon Baptist Church in Montevallo. He is survived by two sons, Wade Anderson of Alabaster and Randy Anderson (Amelia) of Helena; two grandchildren, Zack Anderson of Alabaster and Ryan Barker of Helena; a brother, Wayne Anderson (Willa) of LA; two sisters, Evelyn Lucas of Jacksonville, FL and Nelda Lucas (Gerald) of Mobile. The family will receive friends on Thursday, November 17, 2005, from 6:00 until 8:00 p.m. at Currie-Jefferson Funeral Home, Hwy 150, Hoover. Funeral services will be held on Friday, November 18, 2005, at 2:00 p.m. in the funeral home chapel, with Rev. Waymond Strickland and Rev. Charles Price officiating. Interment will be in Jefferson Memorial Gardens, South. Currie-Jefferson Funeral Home directing.
