Walter Whaley

of Hoover, formerly of Brooklyn, NY, passed away on Friday, February 9, 2007, at the age of 94. He attended Ephesus Seventh Day Advent Church. Mr. Whaley is survived by two sons, Dr. Walton Sanford Whaley (Leola) and Dennis Whaley (Rosemarie); seven grandchildren; and eleven great grandchildren. The family will receive friends on Friday, February 16, 2007, from 9:00 - 11:00 a.m. at Ephesus Seventh Day Advent Church. Funeral services will follow at 11:00 a.m. at the church, with Dr. Jonathan Thompson officiating. Interment will be in Jefferson Memorial Gardens, So. Currie-Jefferson Funeral Home directing.
