Walter Florence, Sr

passed away on Monday, March 9, 2009 at the age of 56. He was a member of the Fairfield Masonic Lodge. Ray served in the Army National Guard and was a Jefferson County Sheriff Reserve. He is survived by his wife, Gloria; son, Walter; two grandchildren; his mother; brother and sister. The family will receive friends on Wednesday, March 11, 2009 from 5-7 PM at Currie-Jefferson Funeral Home, Highway 150, Hoover. Graveside service will be Thursday, March 12, 2009 at 2 PM at Jefferson Memorial Gardens, South.
