born on March 3, 1924, passed away Saturday, April 9, 2005. A Veteran of WWII, he is survived by his wife of 62 years, Dorthy L. Duncan; daughters, Peggy Russell (Bill), Pamela Balsley (Mike), and Cynthia McKenzie (Benny); a son, Mark Duncan; 10 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to the Vestavia Hills Library.
