Vickie Davis

Mrs. Vickie L. Davis, age 51, of Calera, AL, passed away Tuesday, May 17, 2011. She was a member of Gospel Light Baptist Church. She was a loving wife, mother, nana, and daughter, who was loved by everyone who she came in contact with. She is survived by her husband, Rodney Davis of Calera, a son, Bradley Glenn Davis of Vandiver, a daughter, Cindy Lynn Sanders (Michael) of Pitman, NJ, three brothers, Jimmy "Bluesman" Copeland (Marie) of Alabaster, Richard Eddie Copeland of Homewood, Henry Talley Copeland (Katherin) of Pelham, three grandchildren, Sean, Caitlin, and Madalin Sanders of Pitman, NJ, her parents, Idus and Martha Copeland of Pelham and a host of nieces, nephews, and loved ones. A graveside service will be Friday, May 20, 2011, at 10:00 AM at Jefferson Memorial Gardens, South with Brother Bob Etheridge officaiting. A visitation was held Thursday, May 19, 2011, at Currie-Jefferson Funeral Home.
