Mrs. Una Mae Vig Holmgren, 81, passed away Sunday, November 23, 2014, in Hoover, Alabama. She was born June 3, 1933 at Hammer, South Dakota to Harry and Jeanette (Johnson) Vig.
Una and Byron Holmgren, her husband of 60 years, lived in Hoover, AL.
A memorial service will be Wednesday, November 26, 2014, at 1 PM at Rocky Ridge Baptist Church with Dr. Lowell Vann officiating.
Una's cremated remains will be buried at Bethel Cemetery, Claire City, South Dakota.
The family sincerely thanks everyone for their prayers and support.
