age 9, of Hoover, entered into the presence of God early Sunday morning, May 31, 2009. He was in Children's Hospital in Birmingham, battling his third cancer, and passed away peacefully with his mother and father by his side. Tucker was a very special young man. He was a member of The Church at Ross Station and attended South Shades Crest Elementary School. He was and always will be such an inspiration to us all. His courage and determination were only surpassed by his love for the Lord. He was preceded in death by his grandfather, Rodney Tucker; and an uncle, Stephen Lingo. He is survived by his parents, Jason and Courtney Beam of Hoover; a sister, Lily Beam; his grandparents, Tommy and Michele Beam of Hoover, Deb Beam of Hueytown, and Linda Buckner of Hueytown; his great-grandparents, W. J. and Freida Sheffield of Hueytown and Jean Beam of McCalla; and an uncle, several aunts, numerous cousins and countless friends. The family will receive friends on Tuesday, June 2, 2009, from 5-8 PM at Hoover High School Freshman Campus, 6055 Fleming Pkwy, Hoover, AL. Funeral services will be on Wednesday, June 3, 2009, at 10 AM at Hoover High School Freshman Campus, with Rev. Randy Norris officiating. Interment will be in Jefferson Memorial Gardens, South.
