Traci D. Long

Ms. Traci Denee Long, 56, of Centrevile, AL passed away on January 18, 2022. She was born on April 25, 1965 and graduated from Vestavia Hills High School in 1983. Traci is a member of Happy Home Baptist Church in Leeds, AL. She loved fishing, gardening, going to the beach, antiquing, dining at La Fiesta, and watching Alabama football. So smile for her for all the love she gave everyone.

She is preceded in death by her father, Guy Edward Long; stepfather, Adrian P. Tucker; and stepsister, Lexaleigh Tucker.

She is survived by her loving friend and soul mate, Danny R. Downs; mother, Wanda W. Tucker; brother, Jeffery G. Long and Joseph S. Tucker; stepbrothers, Chris Tucker and David Tucker; sister, Teri L. Donaldson; stepsister, Debra L. Tucker; 6 nieces; 2 nephews, 4 grandnieces; and 2 grandnephews.

A visitation will be held on Monday, January 24, 2022 from 6:00pm to 7:00pm at Currie-Jefferson Funeral Home. The Celebration of Life service will follow at 7:00pm in the funeral home chapel.
