Susan Durham

of Birmingham, passed away on Thursday, February 16, 2006, at the age of 55. The family of Susan Durham would like to express our tremendous gratitude for all of the prayers, love and support throughout her battle with cancer. We were incredibly blessed to have such an amazing wife, mother, neena, and friend touch our lives. Mrs. Durham is survived by her husband of 35 years, Glynn Durham; a son, Brent Durham (Martha) of Auburn, AL; a daughter, Amy Jowers (Jeremy) of Birmingham, AL; four grandchildren, Caleb, Savannah, Camden, and Jackson; her mother, Anna Vaughn of Shreveport, LA; two brothers, Jack Vaughn (Glenda) and Mike Vaughn (Darlene) both of Shreveport, LA. The family will receive friends on Sunday, February 19, 2006, from 2:00 p.m. until 3:00 p.m. at Crossbridge Church of Christ. A memorial service will follow at 3:00 p.m., with Garry Brantley and Keith Jones officiating. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to "Caleb's Autism Fund" in memory of Susan Durham at Compass Bank, 117 Euclid Ave., Birmingham, AL 35213.
