of Hoover, formerly of Buffalo, NY, passed away Friday, April 8, 2005, at the age 87. She was a member of Saint Peter's Catholic Church where she participated in Our Lady of Lourdes. During her twelve years in the Birmingham area, Mrs. Lembicz made numerous Teddy Bears for the Telephone Pioneers and crocheted many hats for children with cancer at Children's Hospital. She is survived by her daughter, Judith Kornowicz (Frank) of Pelham; a son, Gerald Lembicz (Shirley) of Connecticut; four grandchildren, Brian Kornowicz, Penny Poarch (Daryl), Pamela Kornowicz-Hamff, and Troy Lambicz (Bonnie). The family will receive friends on Tuesday, April 12, 2005, from 9:30 a.m. until 10:30 a.m. at Saint Peter's Catholic Church in Hoover. Funeral Mass will follow at 10:30 a.m. Burial will be in St. Stanislaus Cemetery in Cheektowaga, NY.
