Rusty Kendrick

Mr. Rusty Kendrick, of Alabaster, passed away Wednesday, Feb. 16, 2011, at the age of 65. He was retired from BellSouth. He is survived by his wife of 18 years, Cindy Wright Kendrick; sons, Eric Kendrick (Theresa) and Kevin Kendrick (Kristi); stepson, Jason Wright; four grandchildren, Cameron, Braydon, Kaitlyn, and Karson Kendrick; mother, Mary Agnes Kendrick; sister, Kathy Waits; parents-in-law, Charles and Betty Wright; brother-in-law, Roy Wright (Susan); and loving, loyal, companion, Truman the Cat. The family will receive friends Friday, Feb. 18, 2011, from 6 to 8 PM,at Currie-Jefferson Funeral Home, Hwy 150 in Hoover. A graveside service will be Saturday, Feb. 19, at 11:00 AM at in Jefferson Memorial Gardens, South. Rev. Mike Byars of First Baptist of Church of Alabaster will be officiating. The family would like to thank the host of medical care professionals at Shelby Baptist Medical Center for the outstanding care they provided Rusty.
