Ruby Lowery

Mrs. Ruby Zell Lowery, of Pelham, passed away Sunday, June 16, 2013, at the age of 91. Ruby had been a member of Lipscomb Church of God since 1956. She was a loving mother who dearly loved her children and grandchildren. She is survived by 2 sons, Joseph W. Searcy (Pat) and J.T. Searcy (Faye); 1 daughter, Brenda N. Willis; 8 grandchildren; 19 great grandchildren; and 3 sisters, Louise Walters, Geneva Morgan, and Diane Bobo. The family will receive friends from 5:00 - 6:30 PM, Tuesday, June 18, 2013, at Currie-Jefferson Funeral Home, Hwy 150 in Hoover. Funeral service will be at 11 AM, Wednesday, June 19, 2013 in the funeral home chapel, Sister Carolyn Jones officiating. Interment will be in Jefferson Memorial Gardens, South.
