Ruby Bain

of Hoover, passed away on Wednesday, August 5, 2009 at the age of 86. She was a member of Dawson Memorial Baptist Church. Ruby was a member of several ballroom and square dancing groups. She enjoyed life to the fullest. She was preceded in death by her husband, Al Bain; her parents; four sisters and three brothers. She is survived by several nieces, nephews, and other relatives. The family will receive friends on Friday, August 7, 2009 from 1-2 pm at Currie-Jefferson Funeral Home, Highway 150, Hoover. Graveside service will follow at 2 pm at Jefferson Memorial Gardens, South. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Dawson Memorial Baptist Church.
