Ronald Lauminick

1946 -2015 Ronald C. Lauminick of Bessemer, AL, passed away January 29, 2015. He was a decorated Vietnam Veteran, Purple Heart Medal recipient, National Defense Service Medal, Vietnam Service Medal, Vietnam Campaign Medal and Presidential Unit Citation. He was a loving husband, brother, son and stepfather. He was preceded in death by his wife, Melrose Brasher; mother, Aileen Phares; father, Kane Lauminick; brothers, K.C. Lauminick and Alan Lauminick. He is survived by his step mother, Mae Lauminick; step children, Rex (Patti) DeFoor, Melodie (Scott) Chancey, Marty DeFoor, Tommy (Shannon) DeFoor, Dana (Jim) Watkins; brothers, Dennis (Gail) Lauminick, Billy (Jean) Carroll, Richard (Brenda) Lauminick; sisters, Glenda Jones, Margie (Tracy) Ramthum and Debbie Lowery; sister-in-law, Linda Lauminick; eight grandchildren, eight great grandchildren, twenty two nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews. Graveside at Currie-Jefferson Memorial Gardens, Hoover, AL, on Tuesday, February, 3rd.
