Ron Myers

of Alabaster, passed away on Tuesday, September 18, 2007, at the age of 81. He was retired from the U. S. Navy after 22 years of service and was retired from Health Service Foundation at UAB after 20 years of service. He is survived by two sons, David A. Myers (Sherry) of Cullman and Gary Myers (Charlene) of Longwood, FL; five grandchildren, Nick Myers (Jaime), Andrea Myers, Brandon Myers, Scott Myers (Gini) and Michael Myers; and three great grandchildren. The family will receive friends on Thursday, September 20, 2007, from 1-3 PM at Currie-Jefferson Funeral Home, Hwy 150, Hoover. A graveside service will follow at 3:00 PM at Jefferson Memorial Gardens, South, with Jim Profetto officiating. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to the American Cancer Society. Currie-Jefferson Funeral Home directing.
