Robin Ellison

Mr. Robin Evan Ellison, of Vestavia Hills, AL, passed away Thursday, June 17, 2015, at the age of 84. He graduated from Fairfield High School in 1950. He retired as a Master Sergeant from the US Air Force and taught Dental Prosthetics at the VA Dental School. He graduated from University of Montevallo and was an accomplished golfer and Bridge player. He was a loving husband, father, and grandfather.
He is survived by his wife, of 63 years, Margaret Ellison, three daughters; Linda Richmond (George Robert), Dana Selleck (Ed), and Ramona Isbell, seven grandchildren; Scott, Steven and Robert Evan Richmond, Marie Alley, Sarah and Tom Coiner and Joey Selleck, two great grandchildren; Jordan and Lauren Richmond, brother, Carl Ellison, sister, Jere Ann Howard, a half-brother, Thomas Ellison and and half-sister, Anna Carol Chosak.
The family will receive friends Saturday, June 20, 2015, from 10-11 AM at Currie-Jefferson Funeral Home. Funeral service will follow at 11 AM in the chapel. Interment will be Jefferson Memorial Gardens, South.
