Robert Stovall

Robert E. Stovall, of Hoover, went to be with the Lord on Tuesday, November 15, 2016, at the age of 87. He was a devoted and loving husband, father, grandfather, and uncle. Mr. Stovall worked as an account with Motion Industries and Latta Plumbing Company for over 40 years, and served his country in the U.S. Air Force.

He is survived by his wife of 53 years, Mary Jane Stovall; 2 daughters, Leigh Wren (Burke) and Lori Lynn Stovall; 3 grandchildren, Aaron Wren (Amber), Sara E. Wren, and Paul Wren; his brother, Hoyt G. Stovall, Jr.; and a host of nieces and nephews.

The family will receive friends from 10-11 AM, Saturday, November 19, 2016, at Currie-Jefferson Funeral Home, Hwy 150 in Hoover. Funeral will follow in the chapel at 11 AM, Brother Tony Barber officiating. Interment will take place 12:30, Monday, November 21, 2016, at the Alabama National Cemetery.
