Robert Manasco

Robert Sims Manasco, Lt. Col. USAR (Retired), went to be with the Lord on Friday November 25, 2022 at the age of 91. Born on January 27, 1931, to parents Joseph and Bertha Manasco, Bob was raised in Carbon Hill, Alabama. He graduated Carbon Hill High School and Florence State University. Bob and wife Faye moved to Bluff Park in 1968 and were long time members of Bluff Park Baptist Church. He is proceeded in death by his parents Joseph Viletus Manasco and Bertha Sims Manasco, brothers James Manasco (Ruth) and William Manasco (Muriel), sisters Betty Joe Little (Audie), Frances Walker (Richard) and Xan Strozier (Glen), as well as wife Faye Lusk Manasco.

He is survived by son Robert Lusk Manasco (Linda), daughter Grace Ann Manasco, grandchildren Shane Robert and Abigail Grace Manasco, as well and many loving nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.

Service will be held at graveside on Monday December 5, 2022, at 2PM at Jefferson Memorial Gardens in Hoover, with Rev. Scott Bush officiating.
