Rebecca Johnson

Ms. Rebecca W. Johnson of Birmingham, AL, born June 18, 1923, died January 2, 2014, at 90 years old. She was a member of Eastern Valley Baptist Church for many years.
She is preceded in death by her husband, James and son, Jimmy.
She is survived by son, Ken (Karen), daughter-in-law, Geneva, grandsons, Jon (Pam), Travis (Reba), granddaughter, Kristen Autry (Josh), and a host of great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
The family will receive friends, Friday, January 3, 2014, from 10-11 AM at Currie-Jefferson Funeral Home. Funeral services will follow at 11 AM with Brother Mike Stephens officiating. Interment will be in Jefferson Memorial Gardens, South.
The family would like to extend thanks to the 5th floor nurses and staff at UAB Medical West for their care and genuine concern
