Ralph Ozley, Sr

Ralph E. Ozley, Sr., of Helena, went to be with his Lord, Monday, January 30, 2017, at the age of 90. He was the past district governor of the Lions Club. Ralph also was a past trustee, and he was a member of Hunter Street Baptist Church since 1969. He retired from the real estate business after 37 years.

He is preceded in death by their daughter, Janet Ozley. He is survived by his wife of 66 years, Elinor Shaw Ozley; son, Ralph, Jr. (Carleen); daughter, Carolyn Burgett (Gene); grandson, Jason Burgett (Stacey); 3 granddaughters, Meredith Norris (John), Mary Catherine Roche (Matt), and Melissa Wallace (Jason); and 10 great grandchildren.

The family will receive friends from 1-2, Thursday, February 2, 2017, at Hunter Street Baptist Church in the Chapel. Funeral will follow at 2:00, Brian Hinton and Barry Daniel officiating. Interment will be in Jefferson Memorial Gardens, South
