Perry Simmons

Perry Chadwick Simmons, 46, of Hoover, passed away peacefully after a brief illness, surrounded by family and friends, on Tuesday, February 27, 2018. He was born in Owensboro, KY, a 1990 graduate of Daviess County High School, and a 1994 graduate of Furman University. Chad was employed as a financial advisor with Primerica Financial Services. He was a devoted husband and father, served as a missionary in Nevada during college, and faithfully attended Double Oak Community Church.

He is survived by his wife of 18 years, Cindy Keen Simmons; 2 daughters, Ann Marie and Caroline Simmons; father, Fred P. Simmons, Jr; mother, Vivian Cripps (Frank); sister, Allison Schrock (Bryan); and a host of nieces and nephews.

The family will receive friends from 12-2, Saturday, March 3, 2018, at Double Oak Community Church. Funeral will follow in the church at 2:00, Pastor Adam Robinson and Pastor Randy Hemphill officiating.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Ann Marie and Caroline Memorial Fund, in care of Wells Fargo Bank.
