Pauline Woodard

Pauline M. Woodard, 84, of Hoover, AL, passed away on Mar 11, 2016. She was a charter member of Green Valley Baptist Church. She was retired from B'Ham Public School system after teaching for over 30 years. She was preceded in death by her parents, Arvil and Ruth Moore; husband, Bob Woodard; and grandson, E.E. "Trey" Patterson. She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother and great grandmother. She is survived by her son, Dan Woodard; daughter, Debbie Patterson (Pat); grandchildren, Stacy Morris (John), Matthew Woodard and Ruth Woodard; great grandchildren, Will and Jake Morris; sister, Ann Hunt (Bill); a number of nieces and nephews and a host of friends.

Visitation will be on Mar 15, 2016, from 10AM-12PM at Currie-Jefferson Funeral Home and the Graveside will follow at Elmwood Cemetery at 1:00PM. In lieu of flowers you can make donations to Children's of AL, NICU. The family would like to extend a special thank you to Angels of Mercy Elder Care as well as Hospice Services of AL.
