Norene Amerson

Mrs. Norene Amerson, 88, of Hoover, formerly of Montgomery passed away on Friday, June 9, 2012. She was retired from the State of Alabama after 20 years of service. She was preceded in death by her husband Henry C. Amerson. She is survived by her daughter, Debbie Marvin (Tom), grand daughters, Amy Wood (Rob) and Jacquelyn O'Brien (Daniel), three great grandchildren, Maggie, Jack and Sarah. The family will receive friends on Tuesday, June 12, 2012 from 11 AM until 12 noon at Currie-Jefferson Funeral Home in Hoover. Graveside services will be held at 2 PM at Greenwood Cemetery in Montgomery. In lieu of flowers, the family request that donations be made to Lake Crest Presbyterian Church, 560 Lake Crest Dr. Hoover, AL 35226.
