Myra Meinberg

of Hoover, passed away Sunday, May 1, 2011. Mrs. Meinberg and her sister were the last two survivors of a family of twelve children. She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, sister, and friend. Mrs. Meinberg was a member of Riverchase United Methodist Church. She is predeceased by her husband of 25 years, Leslie Robert Meinberg. She is survived by two sons, Marty Meinberg (Robin) of Denver, CO, and Randy Meinberg (Pam) of Hoover, AL; one daughter, Julie Meinberg Willis of San Diego, CA; six grandchildren, Allison Meinberg Spinnato (Brian) of Aurora, CO, Jennifer Meinberg Brant (Billy) of Las Vegas, NV, Brett Meinberg of Englewood, CO, Rachel Meinberg, Melissa Meinberg, and David Meinberg, all of Hoover, AL; two great grandchildren; and sister, Lorraine Grundy (Milt) of Menasha, WI. A graveside service will be held at 12 PM, Wednesday, May 4, 2011, at Jefferson Memorial Gardens, South in Hoover, AL, Rev. John Ray officiating. Donations may be made to Riverchase United Methodist Church.
