Morgan Jones

of Cullman, passed away on Tuesday, March 4, 2008, at the age of 60. He was retired from the U.S. Air National Guard and was a member of First Baptist Church of Gardendale. Travis was an avid hunter and fisherman. He was preceded in death by his father, Levi Jones, and a brother, Andy Jones. He is survived by his wife, Linda Jones; a daughter, Renee Jones Barnett (Greg) of Falkville; four grandchildren, Megan, Meg, Kody and Ben; his mother, Violet Jones of Pawnee; two brothers, E. L. Jones (Diane) and Fred Jones (Brenda); and a sister, Ernestine Wood (Gary). The family will receive friends on Thursday, March 6, 2008, from 12:30-2:00 PM at Currier-Jefferson Funeral Home, Hwy 150, Hoover. A graveside service will follow at 3:00 PM at Jefferson Memorial Gardens, Trussville, with Dr. Theron Gunn officiating.
