Monta Bearden

Mrs. Monta Faye Bearden, 77, of Vincent, passed away September 7, 2013. Mrs. Bearden was preceded in death by her parents, M. F. and Florrea Brown, daughter, Phyllis Annette and granddaughter, Olivia Louise Bearden. She is survived by her husband of 58 years, Ralph W. Bearden; brother, Phillip (Ann) Brown; sons, Randy Bearden and Wayne (Tami) Bearden; daughters Cindy (Jeff) Carroll and Ramona (Mark) Martin; 13 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren. She also leaves behind a loving extended family and many close friends. The family would like to thank Dr. H. Andrew Wilson for his compassionate care of Mrs. Bearden over the past 21 years. The family will receive friends Monday, September 9, 2013, from 5-7 PM at Currie-Jefferson Funeral Home Chapel. Services will be Tuesday, September 10, 2013, at 11 AM at the funeral home with interment following in Jefferson Memorial Gardens, South.
