Mildred Jason

Miss Mildred L. Jason, of Pelham, formerly of Atlanta, GA, passed away Sunday, July 13, 2014. She retired from the Atlanta Gas Light Company after 47 years of service. She loved to travel and enjoyed life to the fullest. She was a very giving, loving and unselfish person.
Mildred was preceded in death by a brother, Joe Jason.
She is survived by a brother, James Jason, three nephews, Glenn (Donna), David (Amy) and Dennis Jason (Holly), many cousins and extended family in the greater Atlanta area.
The family will receive friends Thursday, July 17, 2014, from 1-2 PM at Currie-Jefferson Funeral Home. A funeral service will follow at 2 PM in the chapel.
In lieu of flowers, the family request donations be made to the American Heart Association.
