Mercedes Bain

Mercedes "Merci" Bain, of Helena, passed away Thursday, August 10, 2017, at the age of 67. She was born in New Orleans.

She is survived by her son, Thomas Bain (Christy); 2 grandchildren, Art and Maggie Bain; her father, Rene Mares, Jr. (Mary); her mother, Noel Arena; and her brothers, Rene and Jonathan Mares.

A memorial services will be held 6 p.m., Wednesday, August 16, 2017, at Discovery Methodist Church in Hoover, Pastor Mike Skelton officiating. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to Discovery UMC for a memorial flower garden.
