Maxine Stobert

Mrs. Maxine Stobert, age 86, of Birmingham, passed away on Monday, January 24, 2011. She was preceded in death by her husband, Thomas W. Stobert Jr., and daughter, Susan Castine. She is survived by her children, Thomas W. (Buddy) Stobert III (Mary), Nancy Voizin (Bill), Mark Stobert (Cathy) and Marcella Stobert; 15 grandchildren and 15 great grandchildren; also survived by three sisters and two brothers. She was known and loved by so many as "Grandma". The family will receive friends on Thursday, January 27, 2011 from 9 until 10 am at St. Peter the Apostle Catholic Church with a Mass of Christian Burial to begin at 10 am. Interment will be in the Jefferson Memorial Gardens, South. The family wishes to express sincere thanks to the Pastoral staff and the parishioners of St. Peter's for their prayers and support.
