of Vestavia, passed away on Sunday, October 22, 2006, at the age of 72. She was a loving wife, mother and grandmother. She was a member of St. Mark United Methodist Church and was an avid bowler, who enjoyed bowling leagues. She also loved to travel. Mrs. Millican was preceded in death by her husband, Pete Millican. She is survived by her daughters, Betty Hancock (Dean) of Tupelo, MS, Virginia "Ginny" of Los Angeles, CA and Pat Berry Jackson (Jack) of Hoover; grandchildren, Josh Hancock of St. Louis, MO, Jon Jon Hancock and Katie Hancock, both of Tupelo, MS and Sammy Jackson of Atlanta GA; a brother, Donald Clayton Wood of Knoxville, TN; a sister, Sarah Wood Mullins of Huntsville; and numerous nephews, nieces and other family members. The family will receive friends on Wednesday, October 25, 2006, from 10-11 a.m. at Currie-Jefferson Funeral Home. Funeral Services will follow at 11 a.m. in the funeral home chapel, with Rev.
