Martha Moore

MOORE, MARTHA FRANCES, of Shelby, formerly of Hueytown, passed away Saturday, October 31, 2009, at the age of 85. She was a graduate of Fairfield High School and a member of Shelby Shores Community. She is preceded in death by her husband, Fred Moore, Jr. She is survived by a son, Lee Moore (Randi) of Hoover; two grandchildren, Natalie Barnett (Brett) of Panama City Beach, FL and Amanda Giddens of Hoover; five great grandchildren, Maria, Tyler, and Alyssa Barnett and Olivia and Hannah Giddens. The family will receive friends from 12:00-1:00 PM, Monday, November 2, 2009, at the Currie-Jefferson Funeral Home, Hwy 150 in Hoover. A graveside service will follow at 2:00 PM at Oakland Cemetery. The family wishes to express their thanks to Shelby Ridge Nursing Home and Odyssey Hospice.
