of Alabaster, passed away on Sunday, March 8, 2009, at the age of 64. She was a member of Kingwood Assembly of God in Alabaster. She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother and sister. Mrs. Puckett was devoted to her family and God. She was preceded by a daughter, Lynn Blair. She is survived by her husband of 45 years Thomas D. Puckett, Sr. of Alabaster; two sons, Thomas D. Puckett, Jr. (Donna) of Columbus, MS and David T. Puckett of Alabaster; a daughter, Tammy Schoonover (Steve) of Alabaster; nine grandchildren: Jennifer, Nicholas, Stephen, Thomas, Blake, Justin, Tesia, Nicki and David, Jr.; three great-grandchildren, Sarah, Troy and Jade; and a sister, Peggy Lois Nuckols of Montevallo. The family will receive friends on Tuesday, March 10, 2009 from 6-8 PM at Currie-Jefferson Funeral Home, Hwy 150, Hoover. A graveside service will be held on Wednesday, March 11, 2009 at 2 PM in Jefferson Memorial Gardens, South, with Rev. George Hill officiating.
