Marguerita Wooldridge

passed away on Friday, January 18, 2008. Mrs. Wooldridge was born in Limestone County, Alabama on February 22, 1917. She was preceded in death by a son, Richard Dennis Wooldridge; her parents, John Cleveland Varnell and Gertrude M. Snipes Varnell; two sisters, Adell Dowdy and Mary Lester; and a brother, Dennis H. Varnell. She is survived by her husband, William S. Wooldridge; two sons, William S. Wooldridge, II (wife, Caroline Denton Wooldridge) and John Von Wooldridge (Donna Wooldridge); three grandchildren, Caroline Wooldridge, Zion John Von Wooldridge, and Sara Ellen Wooldridge; two great grand children, Kayla and Virginia Wooldridge; and a sister, Betty J.V. Carter. A memorial service will be held on Wednesday, January 23, 2008, at 2:00 pm at Currie-Jefferson Funeral Home in Hoover, Alabama.
