Margie Mullins

Margie Mullins, of Hoover, passed away Tuesday, November 1, 2016, at the age of 83. She was a long time member of Hunter Street Baptist Church. Margie was retired from Gulf Oil Company and Social Security Administration. She is preceded in death by her loving husband of 58 years, Joe Mullins; parents, Flora and L.C. “Bill” McCravy; sister, Katie Hankins; brother, Phillip McCravy; sister-in-law, Frances Gamble; nephew, David Hankins; and niece, Leslie McCravy.

She is survived by her daughter, Cindy (Lane) Graham of Hoover, AL; grandchildren, Jennifer (Nathan) Hart; Johanna Graham; Jonathan Graham; great-grandson, Nate Hart; brothers, Billy (Vernell) McCravy; Larry (Debbie) McCravy; brothers-in-law, Sonny Hankins; Bobby Gamble; sister-in-law, Tommie Jean McCravy; and many nieces and nephews.

The family will receive friends Friday, November 4, 2016, from 2-3 PM at Hunter Street Baptist Church. Funeral will follow at 3 PM in the church chapel, Dr. Buddy Gray and Rev. Brian Hinton officiating. Interment will be in Elmwood Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers, Memorials may be made to Hunter Street Baptist Church or the American Cancer Society.
