Mallie Morrison

of Birmingham, died on Wednesday, March 26, 2008. She was born April 30, 1920, the daughter of the late Thomas Anglin White and Mallie Brown White. She was a graduate of St. Mary's College in Raleigh, NC and of the University of Alabama, where she was a member of Kappa Kappa Gamma. Mrs. Morrison was a member of the Junior League of Birmingham, the Caxton Club, and South Highland Presbyterian Church. She was preceded in death by her husbands, Dr. Robert T. (Jack) Bonney and Bayless Morrison and by her brother, Thomas Anglin White, Jr. She is survived by a nephew, Thomas A. White, III; niece, Melissa Morrison; nephew, Fred B. Morrison, all of Birmingham; nieces, Dana Bonney Donald (David) and their children, Catherine, McCaa, and Mallie of Clinton, MS, and Virginia Bonney of Crystal Springs, MS; a great-niece, Kathrine E. White of Apalachicola, FL; great-nephews, Charles A. White (Anne), and their children, Matthew and Kathleen, of Tuscaloosa, and Ryan Morrison (Sherry) of Birmingham. A graveside service will be held on Saturday, March 29, 2008, at 1 PM at Elmwood Cemetery. The family would like to thank her doctors, Dr. Mary Alice Strawn and Dr. Richard Cox, for their exceptional care and loving friendship.
