Maggie Hipp

, of Clermont, FL formerly of Birmingham, AL passed away on Monday, December 15, 2008 at the age of 87. She was a member of the National Fraternity Society of the Deaf, Kentucky School for the Deaf, and DWBAD Hall of Fame. She was preceded in death by her brother, Lee Cottrell. She is survived by three sons, Ray, Jr. (Linda) of Dayton, OH, Hershel (Peggy) of Clermont, FL and Albert of Birmingham, AL, ten grandchildren and great-grandchildren, a sister, Pauline Sergent of Cincinnati, OH; many nieces and nephews. A memorial service will be held Friday, December 19, 2008 at 1 pm at Currie-Jefferson Funeral Home, Highway 150 Hoover, AL.
