Mae Tyler

of Birmingham, passed away on Tuesday, June 30, 2009 at the age of 87. She was a member at Gospel Assembly Church of Springville. Ms. Tyler came to know her Lord Jesus Christ at the young age of four, and continued in faithful service for Him all her life. She was preceded in death by her husband of 64 years, James E. Tyler and daughter, Jimmie Faye Beauregard. She is survived by five daughters, Eunice Davis (Ray), Raba Coggins (William), Kathryn Fulbright, Deahdra Scarano, and Brenda Davidson (Kevin); seven grandchildren; eight great grandchildren; one great great grandchild; two brothers; and two sisters. The family will receive friends on Wednesday, July 1, 2009, from 6:00-8:00 PM at Currie-Jefferson Funeral Home Hwy 150 in Hoover. Funeral service will be on Thursday, July 2, 2009, at 11:00 AM in the funeral home chapel, Bro. Clyde Sharber officiating. Interment will be in Jefferson Memorial Gardens, South.
