Madeline Tucker

Jesus came for Madeline Frances Tucker, age 87, on Thursday, August 9, 2007, in Foley, AL. Mrs. Tucker was born in Birmingham on July 24, 1920. She was retired from the Credit Department at Loveman's Department Store. She was a member of Lakewood Baptist Church. Mrs. Tucker was a loving mother, grandmother and great grandmother, and a Godly woman whose greatest joy was in serving others, especially her family. During her illness, she received great comfort by quoting Psalm 56:3-4. Mrs Tucker was preceded in death by a daughter, Judy Johnson and former husband, Edward Tucker. She is survived by her daughters, Betty McGill and her husband, Wesley of Foley, and Nancy Gilmer and her husband, Bob of Dallas, TX; grandchildren, Kelly Johnson, Angela, Daniel and Sally McGill, Steve and Greg Gilmer, and Andy Tyndal; great grandchildren, Valerie and John Davis, and Helaina and Leilani Gilmer. Graveside service for Mrs. Tucker will be on Monday, August 13, 2007, at 10 a.m. at Valhalla Cemetery with Daniel McGill officiating. The family requests donations be made to Youth Reach, P.O.
