Lucille Sharp

of Hoover, passed away on Monday, December 3, 2007. She was a loving wife, mother and grandmother. Lucy worked in the family business, Sharp Auto Supply, for a number of years. She was a member of Open Door Church in Minor and was a former member of the Hoover Garden Club. She was preceded in death by her parents, Clyde and May Towe and her son, Kenny Sharp. She is survived by her loving husband of 49 years, James "Ebby" Sharp of Hoover, AL; her two sons, John Bononia (Judy) and Jimmy Sharp; three daughters, Marilyn Bruce (Charlie), Debra Sharp Wingate (Frankee Murphree), Diane Peeks (Frank); thirteen grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren. The family will receive friends on Thursday, December 6, 2007, from 12-2 PM at Currie-Jefferson Funeral Home, Highway 150, Hoover. Funeral service will follow at 2 PM in the Funeral Home Chapel, with Rev. Rick Cooper officiating. Interment will be in Elmwood Cemetery.
