Louise White

Louise F. White, age 91, of Hoover, passed away on Thursday, April 27, 2017. She was one of the founding members of the Opportunity Sunday School class at Bluff Park United Methodist Church. She loved working in her yard, tending to her flowers and watching the butterflies and hummingbirds. Her greatest joy was her family, especially her grandchildren, great grandchildren and great great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, Maurice H. White.

She is survived by her four sons, Donald H. White (Karen), Larry H. White, Greg H. White (Sue) and Todd C. White (Cynthia); 12 grandchildren, 19 great grandchildren and two great great grandchildren; one brother, June Columbus Falkner; several nieces, nephews and host of friends.

The family will receive friends on Sunday, April 30, 2017 from 1pm until 2 pm in the Currie-Jefferson Funeral Home chapel with services to follow at 2 pm. Interment will be in the Jefferson Memorial Gardens, South. Rev. Russ Goodwin will officiate.
