Louise Head

of Hoover, passed away on Thursday, August 24, 2006, at the age of 92. She was retired from Loveman's Deparment Store and was a member of Hunter Street Baptist Church. Mrs. Head was preceded in death by her husband, Albert L. Head. She is survived by two sons, Ronald E. Head (Beverly) of Vestavia and James L. Head (Winnie) of Helena; four grandchildren, Paul Head, Rhonda Barrett, Tina Boutwell, and Tonya Lewis; and six great grandchildren. The family will receive friends on Saturday, August 26, 2006, from 10:00 a.m. until 11:00 a.m. at Currie-Jefferson Funeral Home, Hwy 150, Hoover. Funeral services will follow at 11:00 a.m. in the funeral home chapel, with Rev. Chris Sullivan officiating. Interment will be in Jefferson Memorial Gardens, South.
