Louise Clyce

Louise H. Clyce, age 57, of Hoover, AL, passed away on Wednesday, February 9, 2011. She was a loving wife, mother, sister, and best friend to many. She was a member of Hunter Street Baptist Church. She was a retired registered nurse from Carraway Medical Center, where she was a neurosurgery operating room nurse. She was a volunteer at Childrens Hospital Intervention and Prevention Clinic. She is survived by her husband of 22 years, Thomas E. Clyce, Jr, one daughter, Callen Clyce, one sister, Theresa Mulkey, one brother, Jimmy Hensleigh, her loving nieces and nephews, Hollana, Cody, John, David, John Michael, and a host of friends. Louise will always be remembered by her outgoing, vivacious and loving personality. Funeral services will be Saturday, February 12, 2011, at 11:00 AM at Hunter Street Baptist Church with entombment at Jefferson Memorial Gardens, South. The family will receive friends from 10:00 AM until 11:00 AM at the church. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the American Cancer Society for Lung Cancer Research or to Children's Hospital Intervention and Prevention Clinic of Birmingham, AL.
