Leldon Corbin

, of Birmingham passed away on Monday, July 28, 2008 at the age of 86. He served in the US Marine Corps during WWII, and was a member of the Lions Club, the Optimists Club and a long time member of Hunter Street Baptist Church. He is survived by his wife of 64 years, Thelma; two daughters, Juan Dunlap (Larry) and Stephanie Taylor (Mike); four grandchildren, Katherine, Tim, Marshall, and Corbin; and many nieces and nephews. The family will receive friends on Thursday, July 31, 2008 from 10-11 AM at Hunter Street Baptist Church, 2600 John Hawkins Parkway, Hoover. The funeral service will follow at 11 AM at the church. Interment will be in Jefferson Memorial Gardens, Trussville. The family requests any donations be made to Hunter Street Baptist Church.
