Kelly Minyard

Mrs. Kelly Woodward Minyard, of Hoover, passed away on Tuesday, May 7, 2013 at the age of 50. She was a member of Riverchase United Methodist Church. She was employed by the Department of Justice Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, and Firearms. She was a loving and devoted wife, mother, daughter and sister. She loved her family more than life itself. Kelly was always happy and joyful and never met a stranger. She is preceded in death by her father, Noel D. Woodward Sr. She is survived by her husband of 27 years, Billy R. Minyard, her precious children Madison and Connor Minyard, step-son Michael Minyard and his son Hunter, her mother Joyce M. Woodward, her brother Noel D. (Woody) Woodward and his wife Amy, father and mother in-law Glenn and Frances Minyard, brother in-law Carl Minyard, sister in-law Robin Gilliam (Charles), several nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, and a host of many friends. The family will receive friends on Thursday, May 9, 2013 from 5-8 PM at Currie-Jefferson Funeral Home. Funeral services will be Friday, May 10, 2013 at 11 AM in the funeral home chapel with Dr. Jim Savage officiating. Entombment will follow in Jefferson Memorial Gardens, South.
