Katherine Adams

Katherine Adams, of Hoover, passed away on Sunday, February 17, 2019, at the age of 64. She was a loving wife, mother, sister, and homemaker. Katherine attended UAB, loved working with children at church, and enjoyed baking, sewing and caring for her family. She is preceded in death by her parents, Bobby and Francis Heatherly.

Katherine is survived by her husband of 45 wonderful years, Randy Adams; sons, Christopher Adams and Brandon Adams; daughter, Heather Richards; granddaughter, Haley Adams; brothers, Benny Heatherly, Drew Heatherly and Patrick Heatherly; and sisters, Holly Queen and Colleen Johnson.

In celebration of Katherine's life, a memorial service will be held on Sunday, March 17, 2019 at 3 PM at Currie-Jefferson Funeral Home, Hwy 150 in Hoover.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to the National Multiple Sclerosis Society.
