Karon Turner

Karon "Kay" Turner, of Hoover, received her heavenly body the morning of Tuesday, January 10, 2017, at the age of 74.
She was reunited with her sons, Kerry and Kip Brown. She is survived by her son, Kirk Brown (Amber); 4 grandchildren, Katelyn, Kylee, and Zachary Brown, and Alexandra Harris; 2 great grandchildren, Madilyn and Autumn Harris; 2 brothers, Nelson Bailey (Jane) and Lucky Bailey (Boo); and daughter-in-law, Mindy Brown.

The family will receive friends from 9-10, Thursday, January 12, 2017, at Currie-Jefferson Funeral Home, Hwy 150 in Hoover. Funeral will follow at 10 in the chapel. Interment will be in Jefferson Memorial Gardens, South.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation, Georgia Chapter, in honor of Bobby Bradford.
