Judith Jerome

formerly of Edgeworth, PA, passed away on Sunday, February 11, 2007, at the age of 71. She was born in Sewickley, PA, graduated from Sewickley Valley High School, and married Paul D. Jerome on June 15, 1957 in Sewickley. Since that time, she lived in Buffalo, NY, Pittsburg, PA, and lived in Italy and Germany while working for the Department of the Army, from which she retired, before settling in Birmingham. She is survived by her husband of almost 50 years, Paul D. Jerome; two sons, Paul S. Jerome (Karen) and Stephen M. Jerome (Lisa), both living in Germany; a daughter, Joanna Jerome Addison (Dean) of Bluff Park; 5 grandchildren, Drew, Mark and Ian Addison, and Sean and Julia Jerome; a brother, James M. "Jamie" Stevens (Sally) of Cleveland, OH; and a sister, Kathryn "Timmie" Stevens Davison of Port Orange, FL. The family will receive friends on Tuesday, February 13, 2007, from 6 to 8 p.m. at Currie-Jefferson Funeral Home, Hwy. 150, Hoover. Funeral mass will be on Wednesday, February 14, 2007, at 10:00 a.m. at Prince of Peace Catholic Church with Father John Fallon officiating.
