Jon Jackson

July 6, 1942 — November 13, 2015

Jon H. Jackson of Birmingham, passed away on Friday, November 13, 2015 at the age of 73. He proudly served his country in the U.S. Army during the Vietnam War and was a retired CPA.
He is survived by his wife, Paula Jackson; 3 sons, Jason B. Jackson (Esther), Charles Lindsey Jackson (Erica), and Jon David Jackson (Jeannie); a daughter, Meredith DeFore (Michael); 9 grandchildren; and a brother, Paul F. Jackson (Reitha).
The family will receive friends on Wednesday, November 18, 2015 from 10 to 11 AM at Currie-Jefferson Funeral Home. Graveside service will follow at 11 AM at Jefferson Memorial Gardens, South. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to The Church at Ross Bridge.
